Hey, I'm Kit, and my pronouns are they/them.
I'm a full-stack UX Designer dedicated to discovering my users' stories and manifesting the solutions of their dreams.
You could say that I'm a bit of a creative swiss army knife.
I can do anything from early strategy phases all the way to pixel perfect comps. I've led working sessions with balanced teams, worked with stakeholders to help form their vision and bring it to life, and collaborated with development pods through product cycles.
Collaboration is paramount in the way I work. Whether it be stakeholders, product managers, developers, or other designers, I believe in working together to create the best experiences possible. Something I also highly value is diversity and inclusion. The more diverse the team is, the more perspectives we can approach a problem with, and that makes for a better end result. Period.
I'm working to become an accessibility expert and I'm an advocate for inclusivity in design. I'm deeply interested in how to make UX and security play nice, and I'm learning more about sustainable UX and how we can make changes in the way we work to lessen the digital world's carbon footprint.
